You agree not to use Zooq to:

• Harass, stalk, or threaten any individual.
• Send unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, or other anti-spam laws.
• Build databases of EU residents' personal data without a lawful basis under GDPR.
• Resell raw LinkedIn data to third parties (you may use it in your own products and analytics).
• Attempt to circumvent our rate limits, credit accounting, or abuse free trials.
• Use Zooq to enrich profiles of minors, protected classes for discriminatory purposes, or anyone who has explicitly opted out.
• Run automated content generation that misleads the recipients about its origin.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension. We will not pre-screen content but will act on credible reports.
