Automatic refunds

When an upstream provider returns a 5xx error, the credits charged for that request are refunded automatically. You don't need to do anything; the refund is visible in your transaction history within seconds.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, credits are non-refundable but never expire.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time. You retain access through the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months.

Founders deposit

The $19 Founders deposit is refundable within 7 days. After 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but you keep the 2,000 credits and the permanent 30% discount as long as your account remains active.

How to request

Email hello@zooq.dev with your account email and the order ID. We process refunds within 5 business days via the original payment method.
