/api/v1/profile/skills

Named for the skills section; an empty skills array is legitimate — some profiles list none. Returns the COMPLETE profile record — there is no field slicing, so this path is a named alias for the same call as /api/v1/profile/full. Calling several profile/* paths for one person bills you each time for a payload you already have.
